rowing
saturday .. i went to rowing for the first time of my life~!! it was great fun and was way better than i expected. .. we woke up way earlier than we normally would .. esp amazing for jesh .. she always wakes up at 8 something during school days .. how could she make it for weekends when we have to wake up at 7+ ... the staff ffind it weird but i think if most of us were making heaps of noise .. i dun think she can stand it and eventually she had to wake up anywayz .. hehhe .. so . yeah .,. we caught the bus and off we went to albert park at the city .. it took us about an hour to go there .. we had a short briefing from the coach .. it was pretty cold when we were there despite the sun shinning .. also .. we had our warm up but it dint help much .. after that we went on the "oga" or i call it a rowing excercise machine .. the experienced rowers tot us the correct technic to row and how we should put our hands, leg and body together .. it was great fun~! .. i learnt alot there . then after that. .we went to carry out our boats from the storing place .. it wastn light at all .. it was REALLY heavy .. it took about 16 people to carry 1 boat .. and it;s all about team work .. we dumped the boat into the water .. and then i'm amongst the lucky 1 tat got into the boat and row !! .. it was seriously different from other sports .. u have to worry about 1 more thing - balance and not to fall into the water .. it was kinda terrifying .. but it was alrite .. i enjoyed it .. time past really fast.. not long after tat .. we get to go home~
wed we had another rowing session .. it was at 6.15 when we had to get up at 5+ as the bus leave at 5.45 ... mandy pau n i woke up .. we actually managed to wake up .. but the saddest part was we missed the bus becoz we were busy grabbing food and totally ignored the time .. the bus went past mandy n my face whereas pau was at the dining room .. aiks .. so sad case .. ~!! >.< we decided to go for a swim instead becoz the aquatic center was opened .. the guy in the aquatic center was shocked at our earliness .. hahaha. . it was kinda waste tat we missed the bus .. but then at least we went for a swim tat wasnt tat frustrating .. : )
