oh my gosh.
i felt sick and disgusted from the stuff i ate. nt sure wat but just felt like puking.

this was my sis' reply,

"Why? you feel sick because u too fat ar?"

    wow!! r u okay?? U will break the heart of Africa's children to see u sick because of food!! lol

    Not sure wad u ate but try not to drink or swallow anything cold like cold beverage and ice after a hot meal. Why? try to put an ice on a bowl of soup and imagine the same outcome appear in ur stomach.

    Anyway, ur sis is awesome. lol. Not bad.
